Q. What is the current COVID Protocol

A. Only vaccinated ticket holders with Proof of ID will be admitted to the grounds and all staff, volunteers and performers must be vaccinated. Vaccination is defined as two weeks after the second dose of a two dose vaccine or two weeks after a one-dose against COVID-19 using a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization. Proof of vaccination requires providing at time of entry either the New York State Excelsior Pass, the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card that you received at the time of your vaccination or equivalent proof for international attendees. It is also highly recommended that all attendees receive boosters, based on eligibility determined by the CDC.

Masks will be required for all attendees, staff and volunteers while inside the Hall.

You do not need to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result to enter the Maverick grounds or Hall for Maverick Family Concerts.  Face masks are optional but recommended inside the Hall.

This guidance and other aspects of the protocol may change as the season progresses, and all ticket buyers will be expected to adhere to any revised protocols to gain admittance.

PLEASE NOTE: COVID Protocols and ticketing procedures for events by independent presenters (Presented by…”) may differ from Maverick Concerts’ performances. Please read the separate policies when purchasing your ticket from an independent presenter’s ticketing service.
