From New York City and points south:

Take the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Parkway North until Exit 9 West and join the New York State Thruway North (I 87). Drive north to Exit 19, Kingston. Follow signs to Route 28 West and continue about 8 miles to the Woodstock turnoff, Route 375. (Route 28 reduces here from 4 to 2 lanes). Follow 375 for 1.5 miles and turn left onto Maverick Road. Entrance is about 0.7 miles on right. Enter slowly and follow parking attendant’s directions. Travel time from New York City is about 2 hours 15 minutes.

From Red Hook and Rhinebeck and points east:

Take Route 199 across the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge. After crossing the Hudson, 199 becomes 209. Follow Route 209 South to Route 28 West. Proceed as above. Travel time from Rhinebeck is about 30 minutes.

From Albany and points north:

Take I 87 South to Exit 20, Saugerties. Turn left at end of ramp, go to the light, and then turn right onto Route 212. Go about 7.5 miles and turn left onto Route 375 (just past the golf course on the left). Go about 1 mile and turn right onto Maverick Road. Entrance is about 0.7 mile on right. Enter slowly and follow parking attendant’s directions. Travel time from Exit 23 is about 1 hour 10 minutes.

The hall opens one half hour before concert begins. Refreshments and snacks are available before the concert and during intermission. There are many fine restaurants in and around Woodstock for dining before or after the concert or browse the interesting shops of all descriptions along Tinker Street.
